Motorola 5080384F72 Foam earplug designed for use with covert acoustic tube earpieces in very noisy environments. This ear plug features -24dB noise attenuation and can be attached to almost all Motorola earpieces that have the RLN6242, RLN5886 or RLN5887 translucent tube.
