This has not been tested but is believed to be in working order. This will provide unity gain without a ground plane and 2.4dBd gain with a ground plane over the HAM, commercial, and public safety VHF frequencies.

THIS IS THE PERFECT ANTENNA FOR THE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT VOLUNTEER THAT NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO USE HAM FREQUENCIES AND PUBLIC SAFETY FREQUENCIES ON THE SAME RADIO.
